This San Francisco home is uniquely situated in the middle of a residential block. Originally a simple two story structure, it got a vertical addition and an interior makeover to highlight its elegant midcentury roots.
This Sonoma home perches lightly on top of rolling hills overlooking Healdsburg and the valley floor below. The simple plan is complimented with refined materials and elegant detailing. Lift-up doors create the ultimate indoor-outdoor experience. Solar panels, energy efficient systems and radiant heat minimize the home’s carbon footprint.

This LEED for Homes Gold project is situated on a walnut ranch in the Central Valley. Marrying modern details with the age-old tradition of rammed earth, this home sets the standard for green design. It harnesses both passive and active heating and cooling strategies including thermal mass, geothermal heat pump, solar thermal and solar PV systems.

The intrepid owners of Tire Pros in Alameda converted this American Steel warehouse into their shop by retrofitting steel shipping containers to create a client waiting area, office spaces and tire storage.
