Greyrock Property Development

GRPD is a developer of commercial and residential spaces in the beautiful, historic Queen City - Cincinnati, Ohio. With a focus on thriving, historic neighborhoods Greyrock offers a full spectrum of design, planning, architecture and development. Renovating and operating their own rental portfolio affords them the knowledge and experience necessary for a successful development.

Both firms are happy to announce their collaboration on several current projects, working across the country to produce innovative architecture.

CB Design

CB Design is an Architecture firm based in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. Megan Carter, owner and architect, strives to help homeowners create their dream home whether it be a small scale remodel, an addition, or a new home. As a native Northern Californian, she is passionate about creating space that is open, light filled and responsive to the environment.  Every project is client, budget, and site specific.

CB Design and Timbre have teamed up to work together on Plus House, a residential project in the Oakland hills.

TRYBE Collective

TRYBE is a full-service interior design and staging studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kate O’Rourke and Anna Western, owners and interior designers, create modern, eclectic spaces with a bohemian touch, and believe in harnessing the power of your surroundings to enhance your spirit. They strive to bring a sense of balance and harmony to every project. Whether staging a home or designing rooms for clients, the goal is to create a space that feels relaxing, inspiring and rejuvenating.

CCA Center for Art and Public Life

The Center for Art and Public Life believes engaging communities is the foundation of a practice focused on changing the world. The Center integrates this within California College of the Arts by facilitating and supporting mutually beneficial partnerships with the college and outside organizations.

As recipients of a grant from the Center, Timbre team members Bridgett and Raffaella traveled to Rio de Janeiro for their Favela-Barrio Mosaic Community Art Project, to work with local students and residents of Manghinos.

University of Cincinnati PROPEL

Timbre is pleased to announce their collaboration with architecture students from the University of Cincinnati. Through UC’s PROPEL program, paid student interns will be a part of Timbre’s office starting in May 2016. UC’s unique co-op program creates a mutually beneficial partnership between students and firms: Timbre will support students in learning the ropes in a professional work setting, and our projects will benefit from young talent and fresh perspectives.

Youth Art Exchange

A San Francisco based non-profit, Youth Art Exchange sparks a shared creative practice between professional artists and public high school students, furthering youth as leaders, thinkers, and artists. YAX brings art into public high schools where public high school students can dive deeply into one discipline or survey several to get a truly multidisciplinary experience. Current disciplines include Architecture, Photography, Printmaking, Music, Fashion and Dance. Timbre is proud to be teaming up to with YAX on their Living Innovation Zone project and looks forward to future collaborative community outreach efforts.
